Ahh.. this week I spilled tea all over my laptop and I’m just praying that it decides to come back to life but it’s not looking good :/

This week I brought back BULLETPROOF COFFEE – but blended it! It’s delicious! I took a cup of coffee, one cup almond milk, 1 tsp coconut oil, blended then warmed up – it’s frothy and delicious! Pic from beachbody.com

My favorite thing that I made this week was whole wheat oatmeal bread – not in the bread machine! Best sandwich bread that I have come across so far – and takes less time than the bread machine. I will find where that recipe is from and share soon!

I have been working out at home in the mornings and made it to the gym one morning this week to work with a trainer as part of a free trial when we joined our gym. Throughout the 5-week program, we worked on proper technique for deadlifts, squats, & kettlebell swings and did some quick workouts that were effective and hard!  I really enjoyed!

As for the meal planning, trying a few fall like meals, oh my veggies inspired. Most pics are from Oh My Veggies!

I’m trying to stick with a detoxinista inspired meal plan this week, I need to stop eating after dinner and stay on track!

I just mistakenly watched a documentary called FED UP on you tube regarding GMOs – I meant to watch the Katie Couric one, and now I’ve started watching that. Both are super educational, and sort of scary! The first one talked about supporting local farmers and why to eat organic.  Have you watched Katie Couric’s FED UP?
