Happy Monday! We have been enjoying the awesome weather lately. It is close to 70 today- love the pretty colors and fall leaves and warmth!

I’m having a little trouble staying away from sugar lately??

I’m craving sweets, even though I’m taking a probiotic and trying to stay on track! What gives?! I’m making it to the gym at 5:30am, but then I get there and can’t motivate to do much. I need to do some classes! I tried to make it my goal last week and just kept getting there just a few minutes too late to walk into a class. What motivates you during the holiday time?  My friends motivate me by meeting up with them for workouts – mostly outside runs! It doesn’t feel like a workout when you can run and chat with a friend 🙂

rice, beans and quesadillas (kids are loving this meal)
