We had a fantastic Thanksgiving visiting my brother out in California. Oh how I love it out there, it was hard to leave. We soaked up every minute of that lovely sunshine and weather. I love walking everywhere and the healthy food options that surround you!  I easily lose weight there from all the walking and healwellness blogthy eating – it was a good kickstart.

I hadn’t seen my niece since she was a newborn – the babies were so cute together (about 3 months apart). Lots to be thankful for!

One of the best parts was my running partner (sister) for motivation to head out the door and run and chat!  Lots of beautiful views! She also just got her personal training certification so she was giving me feedback on lots of exercises!

We did her fitness photos at the park – what do you think?

And here we are, onto the holiday season! I love putting up the tree the weekend after Thanksgiving and getting ready for December!
What are your favorite holiday traditions?

Meal planning –
Quite honestly, I feel like I need a food delivery service for the next month! I haven’t thought about what we’ll eat for dinners and I don’t feel like cooking. Any recommendations for quick and easy meals when you don’t feel like cooking? or favorite delivery service?  I’m thinking breakfast for dinner is going to be on the menu weekly – if not daily??

What is on your Christmas wish list? I’ll post some fun gift ideas in an upcoming post!  Happy Holiday Season!
