This week my friend sent me 3 free meals from Plated, yay!! Less shopping and easy meal planning!  Thanks Nicole! Last week, I had my kids help me cut the tofu to be sauteed, and woila! They all loved it! I always try to get them involved but I have been more so lately. I’m so glad it worked 🙂

The meals are looking good this week –

Chicken Schnitzel with Red Cabbage, Pears and Gorgonzola (Plated)
I never cook meat anymore – I think the kids will like this!

On Fridays we usually have pizza with my parents (I have veggies and/or salad). I’m looking to change it up, what other easy meals do you have on Friday nights if you’re not cooking?

What is in your meal plan this week?

The spaghetti squash looks AMAZING! I’ve heard of Plated but never tried it out. I struggle with coming up with creative ideas for meals, I’m always looking for a shortcut, haha!
