This week my friend sent me 3 free meals from Plated, yay!! Less shopping and easy meal planning! Thanks Nicole! Last week, I had my kids help me cut the tofu to be sauteed, and woila! They all loved it! I always try to get them involved but I have been more so lately. I’m so glad it worked 🙂
