Looking for some Easter ideas? I like to limit candy and sweets, and around this time of year, there are a handful of things that we need to replenish anyway! Here are some ideas:
Sidewalk Chalk
I found a neon/glow one and glitter one at Joann Fabric!
Necklaces/Bracelets/Headbands from the dollar bins at Target or your favorite consignment shop.
Cheap treasures in the dollar bins or cute bows/headbands in support of your local consignment shop! (pic credit: Amazon ~ Hip Girl)
Books! Fairies are a current favorite with my girls, and these books are a cute size (12×12 I think!) and very colorful and fun, with little lessons in each book. One of my girls has a major sweet tooth and these fairies are all named after a sweet treat.
Activity books go along with them too:
Pool toys
These are good, but tend to get lost easily in my pool bag.
Trying rings & sticks this year:
Our latest 1st grader thing is Pokemon cards. I’m trying to avoid those but those might find their way… I’d rather go with baseball cards! Our neighbor has this binder and pages for storage!
I picked up a bunch of these at Target in softball size and baseball size.
Seeds for gardening
The kids love helping with this and watching our garden grow (or not grow since I don’t follow the directions super carefully 🙂 ) Last year we had tons of zucchini, tomatoes, peppers, some cucumbers and carrots, and strawberries didn’t do too well.
These gardening bags are super cute also and a big hit!
For the little ones: Hide and Squeak Eggs
What are some of your favorite easter gifts?

Those are all great ideas. My kids usually get one small toy in their Eastern basket. Have a great week!
Love these ideas, especially the garden tote as I want to do some planting with the kids this year. Perfect. Thanks Natalie!
