Many of you know that I switched to home workouts in the last few months so I have been gathering quality equipment for my home gym! This pro-grade 3-pack of bands is heavy/medium/light resistance. You can see up close how awesome the handles are compared to the typical resistance bands which have a straight tube that isn’t comfortable. The part where the bands attach to the handle is also very strong. There is a way to make the bands adjustable also, with a little attachment that comes with it. My favorite feature is the soft comfortable handle that really feels good when you are working out!

After at least 5 recording attempts where I cut off my head, or one of my kids came in and started talking, or the baby crawled on top of me, I finally recorded a video that you can use for a workout!!
RESISTANCE BAND CORE WORKOUT
This is 5 exercises, 1 minute each with 15 seconds rest. You can use this as a core workout if you repeat it 3 more times for a total of 4 rounds.
