The gloomy days are making me unmotivated to meal plan or cook food! It was a stretch to look at recipes and come up with some ideas, but here they are:
Monday: Homemade Spaghetti O’s from 100 days of real food.
I have this printed out in a lunch guide but cannot find it on the site!
Tuesday: Stuffed Portabello Mushrooms over rice
Wednesday: Kimchi Udon? Looks good!
Thursday: Chicken Tostados! I saw this on green chef and it looks good!
Friday: Take out
Saturday: Wing it! Leftovers, or soup!
