Blueberries are plentiful this month, and they are one of the healthiest foods out there!  Blueberries are fun to pick, and usually at their peak in mid July, so if you did not pick already, you may have missed out this year.

Blueberries are rich in antioxidants and have been shown in studies to be a powerhouse food.
