I had the opportunity to review arm warmers and socks from Threshold Athletic. I put them to the test – running and high intensity work out.  The arm warmers will get more use in cooler temps, but as far as comfort, they did not budge.  I had always seen Kara Goucher wearing arm sleeves in races and training and enjoyed the style, as well as the idea of not having to wear a jacket when the temperatures are in between.  The material is made up of polyester and knit and there are no seams. The warmers come in a bunch of colors to match your training apparel.  At $12, the price is right for fall and winter training. Pictured in very berry.

The performance socks with tabs stayed in place for running and high intensity workouts.  They are comfortable, lightweight and soft. Since they come in a variety of bright colors, they stand out from any other brand of sock, and make it fun to match whatever apparel you are wearing.  At $8, these are a reasonable for running socks, and you’ll want a pair in every color!
