Cold season is upon us! We are having some unseasonably cooler days and temperature changes already, so it is time to start thinking about cold season and prevention. Most of us know that diet is a huge link with colds and illnesses, so loading up on fruits and vegetables and healthy whole foods is the best way to start. Below are the products that we like to use during cold season especially.

Last year, I made elderberry several times, but sometimes it is easier to have it ready to go!
