When we are out, the kids love dipping veggies in ranch dressing, but when we are home, they don’t like the thinner consistency ranch dressings that we have found. Most dips and dressings served out or in bottles are made with canola oil or other inflammatory oils and contain maltodextrin or other processed ingredients. We haven’t found a healthy ranch dip that the kids will eat, so we took to the kitchen to make our own, and it received the thumbs up from the kids!
Start with Kite Hill dairy free yogurt, and you’ll only need a few spices.
We also love Herbamare for the final seasoning to taste.
- 2 tsp dill
- 1 tsp garlic
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 cup kite hill yogurt
- 1 tsp + herbamare or sea salt and pepper
- Mix spices into yogurt with a spoon.
- Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
