    • This recipe is on the blog yo make for kids lunches this week. It features blackstrap molasses which in the raw form has a nice antioxidant capacity plus vitamins and minerals. It’s best raw, so if you make this recipe (which cooks it), you’ll have on hand to stir into tea and reap all of the benefits!
    • Funny this was on my feed today, reposting @thefoodbabe post. This drink reminds me of my grandfather, who passed away one year ago today.  Look at this ingredient list, of a product that doctors commonly recommend for older patients. This is the last thing they need to get well 😡. If you know someone drinking this poison, help them to stop!
    • It’s a smoothie day! ☀️I kept seeing cauliflower being added to smoothies , have you tried it? I steamed it and added 1/2 cup to my usual berry smoothie (frozen mixed berries, almond milk/water, and protein powder- currently loving @sunwarriortribe macros). I could taste it a little and it wasn’t bad, and the added veggies for breakfast was a bonus! Have you tried this in your smoothie?
    • What are some foods that support a healthy heart? All of the same foods that help keep your body healthy! Dark leafy greens, organic berries, avocado, walnuts, fatty fish, dark chocolate, and fish oil. Exercise 5 days a week to keep your ❤️ healthy! What’s your favorite heart healthy food or habit?

    • Most people think of a detox as a juice cleanse or dreaded starvation diet, but actually, you can detox by cleaning up your diet and lifestyle. If you are looking to cleanse your body, start by reducing your toxic load. You can do this by removing processed foods from your diet, as well as alcohol, caffeine and common triggers.
