Happy 2015! Our family had a great 2014 with two weddings, lots of family, friends and love. I unplugged for the past 2.5 weeks and really enjoyed not having my computer around. I left it in the office and did not use it very much. We enjoyed lots of down time, no traveling, family time and organizing!
Some of the best of 2014:
Wedding #2 – SEPTEMBER- my sister’s wedding!
Half Marathon in the rain – MARCH
First time away from the kids by myself – my sister’s bachelorette weekend – JULY
I had so much fun running the Philly Half the weekend after my sister’s wedding –
I think the next weekend I found out I was pregnant. SEPTEMBER
It was definitely a year of Frozen- Halloween. OCTOBER
Dairy Free Challenge
The December dairy free challenge ended up pretty good – I did some research on dairy, and we ate less in our house.
I’m not quite sold on the dairy alternatives but I feel like we will eat less dairy in our house as a result. I think cheese is the hardest and one of the articles explaining it is addictive – which I totally believe! Watch how you feel after eating cheese or dairy and see how your body is reacting to it – are you bloated? Be aware of how your body feels – maybe you have no reaction, or maybe your body is becoming inflamed. Everyone is different!
Here are a couple of articles if you are interested in dropping dairy!

Time to get back into the routine tomorrow and back on track with eating!
