If you are joining us next week, or doing a detox yourself, take a look at what you can expect from a detox. Detoxing should help you to: Eliminate toxins (hence, de-TOX) from your body, overcome sugar cravings, figure out how your body reacts to different foods, restore your gut health, and reduce inflammation. While I won’t be giving you a specific meal plan to follow, I will be posting ideas for meals and snacks and hoping that you will share some of your favorite healthy ones too!
