Today is the last day of the detox that I hosted for detoxing our homes & bodies and there were about 25 amazing people that joined in to make small changes to improve health! I’ll be doing this again as it gets warmer out and we need to hit restart. I think next time I’d focus on sugar, but lots of healthy habits were shared and it was a success!
Meal planning for the week of January 15th ~ I’m feeling a little uninspired!
Sunday ~ we’re on the road so I’m off! 🙂
Monday ~ a variation of this meal. Buddha bowls are versatile and awesome!
Wednesday ~ rice & beans with some cheese. Easy.
Thursday ~ I think I’m in a taco mood. Gyros.
Friday ~ our new tradition is to get dinner delivered to swim practice.
Easy. Happy. Fantastic.
Saturday ~ maybe a big pot of soup. We like making greens & beans!
